The App Pack, and help choosing
- The App Pack is in the shop: Operator by Plugmind and Help Desk by Plugmind on one subscription, for less than the two apart, on every brand tier.
- Not sure what you need? The Pricing page has a short guide: tick what you'd like to do and see what to buy, on which tier, and what it costs a year.
- Back Office, Client Area and Calm for WHMCS each have a page, with a form to hear when they're out.

Each product covers its own brands
- Each product now covers the brands of the tier you bought for it, so you can run one product on a bigger tier without paying for that tier on everything else. (Operator 1.6.8, Support 1.3.8, Service Manager 1.23.6, Ticket Assistant 1.3.6, Calm 1.8.7.)
- Plugmind Hub 1.2.0 shows how many brands each product covers, and which of your brands any product doesn't.

Reading options in Calm, and calmer updates
- Plugmind Calm 1.8.5 adds reading and accessibility choices to the support portal and the operator panel, the same as in the apps: text size, Atkinson Hyperlegible or OpenDyslexic, more space between lines, high contrast, reduced motion and a calmer ticket view.
- Operators who sign in at a brand's own address now see that brand's colours and wordmark.
- Plugmind Hub 1.1.9 updates and rolls back in a dialog that shows each step, without reloading the page, and 1.1.8 stays switched on when it updates itself.
- Operator and Support settings are split into tabs. Notifications through Plugmind's push service now work when the licence key is kept in Hub, and the Windows apps (Operator by Plugmind 1.4.10, Help Desk by Plugmind 1.4.8) receive their notifications again.

One look for every Plugmind page
- Every page our plugins add to the operator panel now looks and works the same way: cards, clear states, one main button and a save bar that stays in view. They follow your help desk's brand colour and SupportPal's dark mode.
- Licences and updates now come from plugmindstudio.com, through Plugmind Hub.
